Lara Wilder Williams
Is a multidisciplinary artist and performer based in Salem, MA. Her work spans across print media, animation, design, performance, puppetry, theater arts, and tattooing. She has been tattooing for about four years and has been a designer for Boston Roller Derby for two seasons. She performs under the drag persona ET Barnum, often designing puppets and costumes for these shows. She also has significant experience in theater design and art education. In her drawing and print work, she often focuses on figure drawing and exploration of self alongside character creation, incorporating imagery of creatures, monsters, body horror and queer iconography. She often draws inspiration from classic horror and film media to explore the experiences of queer and non-conforming individuals.
